Take a Closer Look at the Wildflower Show      

Dr. Ken Carloni will conduct a guided walk-through of the show. He’ll share his broad knowledge on everything from how to recognize plant families to the sex life of flowers.


Presentation is by Ken Carloni:
Dr. Ken Carloni received his M.S. in Evolutionary Ecology from the University of Connecticut focused on pollination ecology, and his Ph.D. in Forest Science at Oregon State University.  He is retired from years of teaching botany at Umpqua Community College. He has volunteered as a botanist with the Glide Wildflower Show and has been involved with local resource conservation work for decades.
