COLLECTOR

Collect plants in designated area, mostly from pre-determined list but also as found. Collect, label, preserve, and deliver to Glide.

Skills: Know or able to learn techniques for collecting and preserving plants, able to walk and stand for long periods of time. Some knowledge of plants in collecting area is desirable.

Time required: 1-4 days (your option), Saturday to Tuesday before show. Must ensure plants are brought to Glide Wednesday morning.

Side Benefits: Getting out into forest or field, enjoying wildflowers in the wild, sharing your botany knowledge with the community, getting to see your specimens beautifully vased in the show
